Here’s how to create a Custom Field Drop-Down Menu

  1. In the upper right-hand corner, click the arrow and select settings.
  2. In the left-hand column, find Command Settings and drop down the options
  3. Choose Contacts
  4. Then choose Custom Fields
  5. Next, click the upper right button: Create New Custom Field
  6. Name your Field (In my case I chose “offers”)
  7. Choose your type of field: Drop-Down
  8. Use the + symbol to add each option
  9. Save as a default field
