  1. Visit the Consumer Applet (Left Column)
  2. Click on Site an App Settings
  3. Select the Featured Listings Tab
  4. Add a Headline
  5. Select Up to 12 Listings to Feature

Add A Virtual Tour To A Listing

  1. You don’t need to take this step if you have already added a tour to your MLS as it would syndicate to KWLS and KW Command.
  2. Click the Consumer Icon on the left column (applet).
  3. Choose Site and App Settings
  4. Under the General Tab, Scroll Down to Virtual Tours
  5. Select a Listing
  6. Add a URL of any kind (such as Youtube) containing your virtual Tour.

Create a Design For Your Listing

  1. Click on the Designs Applet
  2. Click the blue + symbol
  3. Choose Social Post
  4. Select Listings
  5. Choose a Design to use for your Ads, Social Posts, etc.

Create a Landing Page For Your Listing

  1. Click the Consumer Applet
  2. Click the Create a Site Button
  3. Choose Stand Alone Page
  4. Title your Page
  5. Drag in the Branded Header Widget
  6. Drag in the Listing Widget
  7. Drag in a Video Widget (If Desired)
  8. Drag in a Snapshot
  9. Drag in Download My App
  10. Add any other images or text content blocks
  11. Configure Widgets
  12. Publish

Run a Social Ad For Your Listing

It is possible to place a Facebook Lead Ad or Facebook Awareness Ad for a listing in KW command even if you don’t have a listing appearing in KWLS. The only difference is that you are going to upload the photos and create the headline and description manually. It’s easy. Here’s How.
  1. Open the Campaigns Applet
  2. Choose Create a New Campaign
  3. Choose Social Ad
  4. Name your Campaign
  5. Choose Advertise a Listing as your goal
  6. Select the social networks you want to run your ad with (these must each be set up in your settings the first time).
  7. Select a listing using the search box or close the boxes to add your listing manually
  8. In Ad Text, enter your main copy, headline, and description. They will appear in the ad to the right for viewing and editing.
  9. Add your Ad Media: Image, Multiple Images, Video
  10. Configure the social channel options. For Facebook ads, you must have a FB Business Page
  11. Destination: Choose Facebook lead generation form and select the listing landing page
  12. Ad Targeting: You can choose to leave this alone or explore the interests targeting
  13. Ad Content can be left as is
  14. Configure your Twitter Ad
  15. Set Your Budget
  16. Publish

Create a SmartPlan Follow Up

  1. Open the SmartPlans Applet
  2. Choose Create
  3. Name your SmartPlan the same as your listing address
  4. Click the Email Widget
  5. Click the Send SMS/MMS Widget. (You must have Twilio activated to send text messages)
  6. Click Delay
  7. Click Add to Smart Plan
  8. Click SAVE
  9. Click on the person icon to add leads. You can also choose the lead from contacts and add to a smart plan from the contact record.

Create Your Email Message

In the top box subject, add “The Information you requested about (address or description of the listing).

Add Hi and then click the {f.} and choose contact first name. Add a comma and more to the next line.

To create a link, highlight the set of words you want to link, then click the link icon and insert the URL that is your link target.

Set Up Your Text Message

Add a Delay

The delay causes your SmartPlan to pause for the designated days listed. Once those days have passed, the SmartPlan will activate the next step in the series.

Add To the Next SmartPlan

This step allows you to move the lead into the next SmartPlan that makes sense in your campaign funnel. For example, I add them to my buyer arrival SmartPlan (these can be purchased by Ballen Brands 702-917-0755).

Then, I add another 1 day delay and add them to my Real Estate Market Report SmartPlan.

Schedule Social Posts

  1. Choose the Campaigns Applet
  2. Choose The Social Posts Tab
  3. Select the First Date that says ‘Create a Social Post’
  4. Type your Text
  5. Add your Photo or Video
  6. Adjust the date if needed
  7. Choose your social Network
  8. Preview Post
  9. Publish
