Once you have created offers in opportunities for a listing or buyer inside KW Command, you can manage the offers. You can download, compare, and send your offers.

Finding Your Offer
You can find an offer by finding the contact record.
Or, you can open opportunities, find the opportunity, and open the phase where you offer is.
Simply check the box next to the offers you would like to compare and then click ‘Compare Offers’.
Using the comparison page, you can download the comparison to send your client or click to Email the offer comparison in KW Command.
The download option will create a web page with the offer. You can download it, print it, or screen capture it and send it however you like.
You can select email offer to send within the KW Command Platform.
