Testimonial Collection Page

  1. Log In to KW Command.
  2. Find the Consumer icon on the left and click to open
  3. Choose ‘Create a New Site’
  4. Choose Stand Alone or On My Agent Website. (Stand Alone gives it a unique URL and has no other menu or distractions. On Your Website gives you the ability to add it to your site menu and include it as a page on your KW Command Agent Site. Either is fine.
  5. To create the page, find the ‘Testimonial Capture Form” widget from the site page editor.
  6. Drag the widget to the page and drop it.
  7. Click configure widgets (bottom right section of the editor).
  8. Fill in each field. You won’t see them change until you click save and apply.
  9. After you have found your page satisfactory, add a title to the top left corner by the pencil.
  10. In the upper right-hand corner, click Publish Page.
  11. If this is an agent site page, you can now add the page to your menu. Go to Site and App Settings, then Site Pages, Add to Menu and fill in all areas accordingly.
  12. You can also customize the URL by finding the URL in the list of pages, clicking the 3 dots to the right, and then choose Change URL. You can only change the characters after the domain and domain ID.
  13. Once the page is live, anyone can fill out a testimonial which is then stored and available for use when you use the testimonials list or carousel widget. An address is required to fill out the testimonial.

  9. If you would like to have a delay (wait time) between sending the email and text, click the DELAY action and apply the number of days you want to wait before the text sends. Alternatively, you could put the text first, then delay, and then send the email. You can also drag and drop the actions to different positions in the plan.
  10. Next, choose the Send SMS/MMS action by clicking it to add to the smart plan. You must have Twilio activated to automate the text. Otherwise, the text will show up as a “to-do” in your tasks for you to send manually.
  11. Leave static message chosen
  12. Type in the text and use the contact first name field by finding the {f} and choosing contact first name.
  13. Be sure to include the link to your testimonial collection page. If the link is too long, go to bit.ly and shorten the link.
  14. Find the Set Delay Action and add to Smart Plan by clicking it. Choose 3 Days (or whatever you desire).
  15. Next, choose the Create a Task Action and click to add to Smart Plan
  16. Choose Non Touch
  17. Subject: Check if {contact.first.name} left the review. Add the first name merge field by finding the {f} and adding the contact first name field.
  18. Add the Task Description: If {contact.first.name} left a review, remove from campaign.
  19. Due Date: Today
  20. Add another SET DELAY Action and choose 3 days
  21. Add a send email action
  22. Subject: We may have missed you
