Hey guys, today, I want to show you something new that is on the front-facing side of your website or your app that somebody can use to request a live tour of a home. And it’s important that you know what this is. So if you get one, you know how to respond.
These are some of the lead capture options that we have right now.
When somebody goes to save a property or they want to ask info, they’re going to register. And they’re going to come through as a registered agent in your alerts and, and in your Kelle app.
Now, what you need to see here is there is an option for them to schedule a video tour. So they’re looking at this property, whether it’s yours or not yours, they’re on your website. They request to schedule a video tour.
So they click that button and now they are first asked to sign up.
The visitor can select 3 optimal dates and times.
Then, they choose what type of tour they are interested in. They can choose their preferred video platform. Zoom, FaceTime, Google hangout, Facebook message, messenger, Google duo, or other.
And then they can add a note.
The notification will appear on the Kelle App and on the bell icon on KW Command.
Now you can view the request. You can view the listing and you can get in touch with them from here.
Currently, there is no way to like upload that onto command and send that to them unless you were to create a video landing page.
But if you want to walk through in real life, schedule it, get on your Facebook live and walk through the place with them. And then they can ask you questions.
